Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or stopping any prescribed medications. The suggestions I make are meant to complement, not replace, professional medical care. Your doctor remains your primary resource for specific health concerns and treatment decisions. That said, most healthcare providers agree that reducing processed foods can positively impact overall health and wellness.
