Hello!
Sue Cramer is a faith-based coach, speaker, and community builder who has spent over 30 years inspiring women to live with courage, confidence, and purpose.

She’s been married to her husband Mark for over 37 years, and together they’ve raised four children and are now proud Nana and Papa to six precious grandchildren. Mark and Sue have been business owners for more than three decades, and in 2015, Sue founded Mezzo Coffee House—a beloved local gathering place—which she sold in 2020.

Sue’s ministry journey has included church planting, pastoring, women's ministry leadership, marriage and family ministry, leading worship, speaking at events and retreats, and mentoring women in every season of life.

From 2006 on, Sue’s voice reached thousands through her blog Praise and Coffee, which sparked a nationwide movement. Women began gathering in coffee shops and around kitchen tables in cities across the U.S.—including Florida, California, Pennsylvania, and Sue’s home state of Michigan—to share life, faith, and encouragement. She later published Praise and Coffee to Go and an online magazine by the same name for four years.

For five years, she was the “Real Mom of West Michigan” on STAR 105.7 FM, offering weekly radio encouragement to listeners across the region. She’s also served her community through local boards including the Otsego Chamber of Commerce (as Vice-President and President), Otsego DDA, and the Martin Resource Center.

Sue is a certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and is continuing her education through the Nutrition Network, founded by The Noakes Foundation. Her focus is on metabolic health, low-carb living, and freedom from food and sugar addiction. She currently coaches clients, leads small groups, speaks for women’s events, and supports patients through Citadel Health, a direct primary care office in Otsego, Michigan.

With decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and ministry, Sue is passionate about helping women trade perfectionism and performance for peace and purpose. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or longing to reclaim your health and identity, Sue brings wisdom, warmth, and practical tools to help you move forward.
